Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zieltech Academy, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality technical training in smartphone and laptop engineering. To maintain our standard of excellence and ensure transparency, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Course Cancellation

Zieltech Academy provides immediate access to digital learning materials and our LMS platform upon enrollment. The following cancellation rules apply:

  • Pre-Payment: You may cancel your interest at any time before payment is processed without any obligation.
  • Post-Payment: Once the course fee is paid and LMS access is activated, the enrollment is considered final. Cancellations are generally not permitted after digital access is granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our intellectual property:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: As we provide instant access to copyrighted course materials and digital resources, course fees and registration charges are non-refundable.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds or course credits may be considered in rare, documented cases of extreme medical emergencies or personal hardships. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Academy management.
  • Technical Errors: If a student is charged multiple times for a single enrollment due to a system glitch, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full within 7-14 business days.

3. Course Rescheduling & Transfers

We understand that schedules can change. We offer the following flexibility:

  • Batch Rescheduling: Students may request a one-time transfer to a future batch if they are unable to attend their original schedule. This request must be made at least 3 business days before the course start date.
  • Non-Transferability: Enrollments are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another individual or student.

4. Termination of Access

As per our Terms & Conditions, any misuse of the LMS platform, sharing of login credentials, or violation of our code of conduct will result in immediate termination of access. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.
